Nikkita is a passionate advocate for the environment, having grown up on a lake in New Hampshire. After learning to scuba dive in 2023, she quickly became interested in finding ways to bring equitable access to others. She is currently a VP, Associate General Council at JPMorganChase, and has previous experience at the US Chamber of Commerce and PwC. Nikkita holds a JD & LLM in Taxation from Villanova University, Charles Widger School of Law.

CEO & Founder:

Octo is a Padi (MSDT) Master Scuba Diver Trainer and former U.S Marine Combat Diver, (MCIWS) Marine Combat Instructor of Water Survival, Padi Project Aware Coral Reef Conservation Instructor, Digital underwater Photography Instructor Striving to share his love for the ocean and how to be safe while enjoying our underwater world. Octo studied Marine Science at Columbia University.

Treasurer:

Despite growing up in the Arizona desert and not knowing how to swim, Adith fell in love with the ocean after learning to scuba dive. Preferring to spend as much time outdoors as possible, Adith has always had a deep appreciation for our natural resources. As a Bain & Co. alum, he currently works at Pointe Advisory as an Expert Private Equity Consultant. Prior, he was an engineer where he worked on aircraft ordnance, missile defense, and laser systems for the US Navy. Adith has a BE & ME in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Instructor:

Matt is a Padi open water instructor and SDI Divemaster with 18 years of dive experience. Retired military and currenty employed as an Airplane Pilot.
